Technical Operations Facility

Project Summary

This facility is a flagship centre of R&D development for one of our life science clients. The facility was a redevelopment of an existing warehouse into a technical operations laboratory and has been used as part of the R&D development activities for new medicines.

Glengarra provided client services as an integrated partner in the delivery of this project from Concept design to final handover to operations.
