API Production Facility

This facility is an excipient and API manufacturing facility in Nantong, China and represents a strategic technical transfer project for a large Lifesciences multinational client. 

 

The facility will cover 40,000 square meters and offer high-performance products for quality control and testing to customers in the pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, including food & beverage. This expansion in China further strengthens the companies' ability to keep pace with evolving regulatory requirements 

 

Glengarra provided feasibility assessment and business case development between stakeholders across multiple sites. 

Glengarra led the development of the projects' execution strategy and overall project execution planning.
